Women And Men Are Different

Went to a funeral with my wife today to pay final respects to a very nice lady who passed away from cancer.  She was a beloved teacher at  Yeshiva.  She also sent her own children to Hillel as well.  Her name was Mrs. Dalia Shimon OB"M.   She was loved and respected by the community as she was a very upbeat, positive and caring individual always with a smile on her face.  A great many from the community turned out to pay respects:  Yeshiva,  Shaare Torah, P Z, Hillel and many others as well.

I must comment on the women and men who participated in the funeral.  I have never noticed the extreme differences between men and women as exemplified at this particular funeral.  The men did most of the physical labor as required by Jewish Law and then stood quietly and attentively as the funeral progressed.

The women on the other hand all recited Tehillim during the service often breaking down and crying, though quietly and respectfully.  They all held each other to offer comfort and solace.
I am not disparaging either sex on the way that they participated in the service but I must note that  the women were much more emotional and compassionate to each other.  The men on the other hand while in a group, each stood alone, stoically if you wish to call it that.

That is the way that I see it.

Love On A Leash

In today's society relationships between men and women have become quite strained due to many reasons:  Believe it or not, the wholesale use of vaccines has affected the sexuality of an entire nation from a physical aspect.   The sexuality of an individual is much influenced in the womb by drugs, vaccines and of of course radiation from cell phones, cell phone towers, computers power grid etc.

The Alt Left has also seen to it that women and men are equal, have common goals and have equal aspirations both physical and emotional and are treated the same regardless of any physical differences that there may be.

What they perceive, is that all men are lustful beasts while all women are innocent and subjugated.
Men, in recent generations, have become very leery  of the opposite sex. feeling that any approach to a woman is forbidden since it might be misconstrued as sexist.  How to approach a woman/man is a difficult subject but is best left out of bars and off of street corners.   Religious institutions, family, friends and schools are most likely the better substitutes.

I have my dog, who adores me unconditionally and I love that dog also unconditionally.   How can any guy/gal compete with that?

I have my cell phone and laptop and am connected to the world but not to any one individual.
It is easy to love the world but not to an individual.

Health Care

I once heard it said from someone that I met at the Yeshiva, that German (Nazi) scientists in return for a great deal of information accrued by the Nazis before and during World War ll, traded information for license for pursuits in the pharmaceutical industry.

Seeing what is happening in the pharmaceutical industry during this day and age, I now wholeheartedly concur.  Big Pharma dictates how you are treated by your physicians and the costs involved.  There is a total disregard for costs and safety to the public in a wanton pursuit of profits.
There are many safer, less intrusive and more cost effective procedures and medicines used worldwide  than are practiced in the US.

Seeing what has happened to our food supply:  genetically modified foods,  pesticides, hormones and antibiotics for meat and dairy animals one can only agree.

Of course, people are subjected not only to what we eat but to additional factors as well.   Cell phones and cell phone towers, power grids and the medical complex which foists upon us expensive medicines and procedures are also in the mix.

The unbridled us of vaccines is an excellent example of excess.   Just as the overuse and abuse of antibiotics led to the introduction of super bugs, so has the overuse and abuse of vaccines has led to an ever  weaker society both physically and morally.   Although it has been shown time and again that almost all diseases in the US were in decline prior to the introduction of vaccines due to better sanitation, hygiene, foods and working conditions,  we have marched onward with vaccinations with a zeal that would have made even a Nazi cringe.

We march forward with ever increasing zeal to the drum beats of Big Pharma, medical schools, physicians and those on the the left who march ever onward to the abyss with total lack  of comprehension for any proper scientific procedures and proper statistical evidence.  Figures do not lie, liars figure.

This is all rounded out by the following:   Self interest,  status, income and profits.
What physician will admit that what he/she has learned in their medical schools is throttling an entire nation, that he/she has learned is subjected to bias by Big Pharma whose only goal is profit and the value of their stock?

And to round it out, our fearless Rabbis who kowtow to the wealthy individuals and physicians who liberally support their agenda by their generous contributions.   Thank you Rabbis for our second holocaust!!

Fiduciary RelationshipPatient Physician

<< >> Up Title Contents

THE FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

The physician-patient relationship is a member of a special class of legal relationships called fiduciary relationships. Through the creation of fiduciary duties, the law recognizes that there are relationships in which the parties inherently have unequal power. In the words of one court:

[T]he physician-patient relationship has: ... its foundation on the theory that the former [physician] is learned, skilled and experienced in those subjects about which the latter [the patient] ordinarily knows little or nothing, but which are of the most vital importance and interest to him, since upon them may depend the health, or even life, of himself or family. [T]herefore, the patient must necessarily place great reliance, faith and confidence in the professional word, advice and acts of the physician.[29]
The essence of the fiduciary relationship is that the patient's interests must be paramount. This is in contrast to the usual legal rule of caveat emptor ("let the buyer beware"). In most businesses, the law assumes that there is an arms'-length transaction: the buyer and the seller have, in theory, the same access to information and the same bargaining power. For example, a merchant in a retail store encourages customers to buy the items that have the greatest profitability for the store. The merchant may not lie about the goods but is allowed to puff: to volunteer only favorable information and to make reasonable overstatements of the products' virtues. In contrast, the physician is expected to recommend treatments based only on the patient's medical and psychological needs.
Physicians should be familiar with fiduciary duties from the literature on informed consent to medical treatment. The fiduciary duty extends to all aspects of the physician-patient relationship. Breaching the financial aspects of the fiduciary duty to a patient can subject the physician to liability under commercial laws. Understanding the factors that make the physician-patient relationship a fiduciary one will help physicians recognize potential violations. [29]Witherell v. Weimer, 421 NE2d 869 (1981).

o    Law

The question arises, " What or who does the physician owe his responsibility/allegiance to? "
Does the physician owe allegiance to his/her medical school where he is trained to perform in a certain manner regardless of the outcome or its cost to the patient?
Possibly he owes his allegiance to the pharmaceutical companies who have so generously contributed to his school and have an extensive financial stake  in promoting the expensive procedures and products that they sell.
Another possibility is that he owes quite a bit to the insurance companies who insist on following protocol no matter what the cost or outcome to the patient.  If you do everything by the book, you cannot be sued.
The physician owes his allegiance to the patient and the patient only.  Under all circumstances he/she must do what is best for the patient.   He is taught not only to act, but to act in a thoughtful,  responsible and timely manner.
